• Secure and Online Query Support is available directly via the web and allows your employees to have their queries answered directly by your Jefferson Administrator.  This is also a built-in feature of the online payslip facility.

• Confidential Indirect Query Support is also available which is an option for your employees to send the queries via a nominated representative in your company. Many queries can be pooled this way to ensure that the queries directly related to payroll are passed to your Jefferson Administrator for answering.

• A secure and confidential Telephone Help Desk option is available for your employees to have queries answered efficiently. Particularly useful for employees without online access or difficulty access online services.

• Jefferson Assist is a website provided free of charge to Jefferson clients that provides a wealth of payroll information for both employees and Human Resource / Payroll Managers.
