This eForm allows employees, people in receipt of pension income and non–proprietary directors to make a return of income and claim tax credits, allowances and reliefs (including any health expenses) electronically for the year ended 31 December 2013.
It can also be used by Agents on behalf of their PAYE clients.
A feature of the new eForm 12 includes pre-population of data on income and tax credits which helps to make the eForm easier to complete.

It is very useful to have your P60 to complete this form. If you hate re-printing lost P60s, Jefferson provides its clients with:
