MyEnquiries enhancements

The Tax and Duty Manual Part 37-00-36 has been updated accordingly as follows.

• New section ‘Customer Service Standards’ (Section 1.3).
• Decommissioning of Secure eMail (Section 5)
• Separate ‘Submitting and managing Enquiries’ sections for Agents and Individuals (Sections 8 & 9).
• Clients’ Tax Reference Numbers will display in the Enquiries Record of ROS agents (Section 9.1, Fig 14).
• New section ‘Facilities common to both agents and individuals’ (Section 10).
• Facility to enable Revenue staff initiate contacts with all ROS customers.
• New section ‘Index of figures (screenshots)’ (Appendix C)
