Revenue recently announced thew following below in relation to access for ROS agents to the Jobs and Pensions service to allow specific tasks to be a carried out on behalf of their clients.
Agent access to the Jobs and Pensions service
Tax and Duty Manual Part 42-04-64 has been updated to provide information on agent access to the Jobs and Pensions service which was launched on 25 November 2017.
Also from 25 November 2017 agents will be able to input, amend or delete their client’s PAYE bank details using the Manage EFT function in the Payments & Refunds section of the Client Services page in ROS.
