…last month Revenue released a manual explaining the following three debt resolution processes introduced in the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 for any individuals in financial difficulty:
- Debt Relief Notice
- Debt Settlement Arrangement
- Personal Insolvency Arrangement

It also sets out the steps to be taken by a Revenue caseworker when dealing with a personal insolvency case, and explains how Debt Settlement Arrangements and Personal Insolvency Arrangements are set up.
