Fraudulent emails purporting to be from Revenue are nothing new but they are currently doing the rounds.
So please beware of these phishing emails indicating Revenue has a refund for you for a certain amount, that look something like this (but can vary):
The Revenue Commissioners publish on their website that they will never send emails which require customers to send personal information via email or pop-up windows.
We recommend you delete them and notify your IT department if they are making it into your Inbox.
