Affect of the cumulative 2012 USC change…

By October 14, 2011September 18th, 2023One Comment

Further to our previous previous post  (USC Reporting at Year End & P45s in 2012)  Revenue has released their official e-Brief No. 54/11 indicating  the change to the operation of USC in 2012.  The forms affected by this will be

  • Employer(s) tax credit certificate (P2C)
  • Employees Tax Credit Certificate (TCC)
  • The Form P60
  • The Form P45

ROS will also be updated to facilitate the change.  If you outsource your payroll with Jefferson then you can relax, it will all be looked after for you.  If you don’t, please be sure that your in-house software gets updated to accommodate this and that you understand the changes and implications to answer your employees’ queries. You may also want to provide some information for employees to explain the changes.

Jefferson Payroll offer Payslip Presentation workshops for clients and would recommend one in the new year after all budget changes that affect payroll are announced for 2012.
